The No-BS Journal
This Journal isn’t about sugarcoating life. There’s no “everything happens for a reason” here, no fluffy affirmations, no pretending I’ve got it all figured out. This is my no BS space to lay it all out my mess, my chaos, my survival. The days when my body won’t cooperate, my mind won’t stop racing, and the world feels like it’s moving forward without me.
This is where I get real about chronic illness, mental health struggles, trauma, and the uphill battle of just existing. It’s messy, it’s raw, and it’s honest the kind of honesty most people avoid.
Here, inspiration meets reality. Education meets raw truth. Awareness meets healing. And yeah… it’s basically my virtual journal, documenting the unfiltered truth of navigating a life that doesn’t come with an instruction manual.
You’ll read about the hard stuff the heartbreak, the isolation, the setbacks no one warns you about but also the wins, the small wins, and the unexpected moments of clarity that remind you: you can survive this, and you can rise from it stronger than you thought possible.
Topics include:
Domestic Violence and Healing – the ugly, the painful, the survival
Living With Chronic Illness and Pain – the days that feel impossible and the wins that keep you going
Reflections – raw thoughts, uncomfortable truths, and insights from the trenches
Life Unfiltered Series on Various Topics – deep dives into specific struggles, challenges, and growth areas so you can really learn, relate, and reflect
This space is for anyone who’s tired of pretending. For anyone who’s felt unseen, stuck, or defeated. Your pain doesn’t define you, your courage to rise does. Step in. Read, reflect, and claim your power.

Christmas Eve 2025
I took a moment tonight to watch the sun go down on Christmas Eve, 2025.

A Saturday of Slowing, Connection, and Choosing
It’s not very often I can get one of my kids out of bed now that they’re grown, my daughter and I headed to the beach for my usual Saturday grounding and coffee, in that quiet space before the world fully wakes.
Christmas Reminder
Christmas is rolling in fast, and as the holiday break approaches, this is your gentle nudge to pause for a moment and breathe.

Closing the Door
Routines shifted, plans changed, and everything I’ve been holding together so tightly finally demanded to be felt. The emotional waves came in hard not to drown me this time, but to be processed, released, understood.
Hello December
December is here a fresh page, a new chapter, and a chance to set intentions for the month ahead
Courage Is Moving Different
Courage isn’t always loud. It doesn’t always roar or demand attention. Often, courage is quiet. It’s the decision to move differently,
The Barely Functioning Days
Those barely functioning kind of days. The ones where you wake up and everything just feels heavy your body, your thoughts, your emotions.
Bringing Healing to the Doorstep
One of the things I love most about being a mobile Reiki practitioner is the ability to bring healing directly to people who need it most.
Morning Chaos Meets Mindful Moments
You know those mornings that feel like the universe is testing your patience before you’ve even had caffeine? Yeah, that was me today.
October Reflection
October has been one of those months that felt like a rollercoaster full of emotions, lessons, and moments of deep reflection.
