Welcoming 2026

I am bringing rest not as a reward, but as a right.
I am bringing trust in my body and its rhythms,
listening instead of overriding,
honouring instead of fighting.

I am stepping into slower mornings, gentler expectations,
and transitions that allow my nervous system to feel safe.
I am choosing relationships that uplift, nurture, and respect me,
where I am met as I am.

I am bringing joy without explanation,
laughter, creativity, and stillness,
all equally valuable.

I am holding boundaries that are firm and kind,
and a version of success that includes peace.
I am stepping into a life rooted in presence,
energy that supports rather than depletes,
and space for growth, healing, and light.

2026 doesn’t ask me to become someone new.
It asks me to come home to myself.
