Trust the Process

Trust the process it’s something we hear so often it almost loses its meaning. People either swear by it or think it’s some “out there” mindset. But when you look closely at your own life, it’s hard to ignore how much your thoughts, intentions, and energy shape what comes back to you. Positive or negative, everything echoes.

A real mixed bag. Some moments felt heavy, confusing, or just plain annoying. Others came out of nowhere with clarity, surprises, and little signs that made me pause and think, okay maybe things really are aligning. And instead of slipping into doubt or overthinking which I’ve done more times than I can count I’m learning to take these moments as guidance. A quiet nudge from life saying, trust me, I’m moving things around for you.

It’s interesting how things become clearer when you stop forcing answers. Sometimes the unexpected isn’t a disruption it’s a redirection.

As we head into 2025, so many “subscriptions” in our lives are naturally coming to an end. Old habits. Outgrown connections. Situations that no longer feel aligned. Even mindsets that once protected us but now hold us back. It’s not about loss; it’s about clearing space. Making room for better things, better people, new opportunities, and fresh energy that matches who we’re becoming.

I’m stepping into this next chapter ticking things off my list, closing the doors that need to close, and letting the new ones open without gripping so tightly.

Trust the process it’s finally starting to make sense.
