Living Without Pain Medication
For the past two years, I’ve been managing my medical conditions without pain medication.

Tracking Symptoms and identifying Triggers
Is a vital step in managing chronic illness and enhancing your well-being. By keeping a record of your symptoms, you can begin to notice patterns and pinpoint specific factors that may contribute to flare-ups or exacerbate your condition

Tools for Transformation
Healing after abuse can feel over whelming. Some days you may even ask yourself where do i even start i know when i started my journey i did not knw were to start.

From Wounds to Roots
Abuse leaves wounds that often feel endless. They cut so deep that for a long time, you might believe they’ll never heal.

Anger and Release
Anger is often one of the loudest emotions to rise after leaving abuse. It may appear as rage toward the abuser, resentment toward ourselves for “staying so long,” or frustration at a system that failed to protect us.

The Language of Scars
The scars I carry are not signs of defeat. They are proof of endurance. Each one speaks of nights I thought would shatter me and mornings where I still rose anyway. They are not shame carved into my skin, but survival inked into my being.

Exercise - Grief as Part of Healing
Simple exercise, Healing wounds - grief as part of healing.

Create a Flare up Kit
Experiencing flare-ups is an inevitable part of life when you live with a chronic illness. While you can't completely avoid them, you can manage their frequency.

Shame versus Self Compassion
It can often feel like an internal battle between two forces. On one side, shame can be a relentless critic, whispering reminders of past mistakes and perceived failures. It can hold you back, convincing you that you're not worthy of love or happiness. Shame thrives in silence and secrecy, feeding on self-doubt and fear.

Thriving not Surviving
Those days when you're just going through the motions, surviving but not really living. When toxic relationships drain your energy, when anxiety and depression feel like unwelcome guests that just won't leave, when you're tired of putting on a brave face while feeling broken inside.

Chronic Illness - A Shift in Self-Perception
For me, living with a chronic illness has transformed my self-perception, reshaping my identity and the narrative of my life as I look to the future.

The First Chapter
Walking away from abuse was not the end of the story, it was the first chapter of a new one. Healing is not a switch that flips overnight; it is the slow stitching together of the pieces that were torn apart.

Exercise - Reflection and Release
Simple exercise reflection and release, Healing wounds - grief as part of healing.

What Chronic Illness Really Looks Like
There is so many hidden struggles faced by those living with chronic illness. While on the outside, we may appear healthy and composed, the reality is very different inside its like a constant battle against symptoms that are both unpredictable and exhausting.

Grief as Part of Healing
Grieving is a natural part of healing, a testament to the depth of your emotions and the significance of your experiences.

I Remove Myself and Become the Observer
I choose to walk a different path, one filled with self-awareness and empowerment. It’s a journey of rediscovery, where I no longer carry the burden of others’ perceptions or toxic narratives. In stepping away, I’ve learned the value of nurturing genuine connections, those that uplift and inspire rather than drain and diminish

Healing The Wounds
The Awakening, The Rebuilding, and Now, healing wounds we coming into week three. It’s time to move into the healing the wounds. No matter how much you might reassure yourself that you’re fine, there are hidden wounds such as grief, shame, and anger that require attention.

Invisible does not mean Imaginary.
Just because something is invisible doesn’t imply it lacks existence or importance. Consider emotions, mental health, and chronic illnesses.
