Healing after abuse can feel over whelming. Some days you may even ask yourself where do i even start i know when i started my journey i did not knw were to start. But as i learnt it not about big its about small intentional practices that support your body, mind and spirit. Start by embracing the power of small steps, each one a gentle act of self-care and resilience. Allow these practices to become anchors, guiding you back to a place of calm and safety.
