Meniere's disease is a disorder of the inner ear that leads to vertigo, hearing loss, tinnitus, and a feeling of fullness in the ear.

If I could offer you one essential piece of advice, it would be this: the most crucial action you can take is to dedicate time for reflection—whether weekly, daily, or monthly. This practice has been a cornerstone of my healing journey and personal discovery. For a long time, I felt silenced, lacked direction, and avoided my own emotions, thoughts, and the world around me.

Several years ago, my health took a significant downturn. I was constantly fatigued, and despite my efforts to eat healthily and stay active, I couldn't seem to lose any weight. I felt like a sloth, wanting to sleep all the time. I realized this was more than just my endometriosis. After some blood tests, I was called in to see the doctor, who informed me that I had an inactive thyroid.

It wasn't until 2003, after the birth of my second child, that the symptoms escalated and I realized something was wrong.
