Self Love Weekly Challange

Self love weekly challange is done and dusted, we moving into week two,

Week one was about expressing yourself

I successfully checked off several items from the list. I wrote a heartfelt letter to myself, revisited old photos, and began crafting stories around them, as each picture serves as a time capsule filled with memories—whether joyful or challenging.

My daughter came over and offered a much-needed helping hand with a home overhaul. We decluttered and removed clothes I no longer wear, creating a calmer and more inviting space. As for journaling, I maintain a gratitude journal and write in it almost every day.

what did you do for yourself

Self Love week two challange the inner child,

Is all about reconnecting with the playful, carefree aspects of ourselves that often get buried beneath the responsibilities of adult life. It's a time to let go of inhibitions and embrace the joy and wonder of being a child again. This week, we're focusing on activities that spark creativity and bring a sense of fun and freedom.

Embrace the freedom to play, and let your inner child lead the way. By nurturing this playful side, you not only bring joy and laughter into your life but also foster a sense of resilience and creativity that benefits your overall well-being.

This week, give yourself permission to be a child again, even if just for a little while. Let go of the pressures and stresses of adulthood, and immerse yourself in the simple pleasures that bring a smile to your face and lightness to your heart.done
