The Unconventional Life Coach

I’m not your typical life coach.

I didn’t arrive here because life was smooth or because I had all the answers. I got here because life threw everything it possibly could at me trauma, health battles, heartbreak, the kind of moments that try to break a person completely.

And for a while it did.

But somewhere along the way I realised something. I had two choices. I could stay stuck in the pain, or I could start turning that pain into power.

So that’s what I did.

Yes, I have the certificates. I’m a qualified life coach. I also hold certificates in health care, I’m a Reiki healer, and a basic aerial yin yoga instructor. Those tools matter, and they support the work I do.

But the truth is, the most powerful thing I bring to this space is lived experience.

I know what it feels like to have trauma sitting in your body.
I know what it feels like when your nervous system is constantly on edge.
I know what it’s like to be rebuilding yourself while the world keeps moving around you.

Healing isn’t pretty. It isn’t linear. And it definitely isn’t something that happens overnight.

Some days you feel strong and grounded. Other days you’re just trying to get through the day without your body or mind turning against you.

That’s the reality most people don’t talk about.

I created my online space because I wanted somewhere real. A place where trauma, healing, growth, and rebuilding your life could be spoken about honestly. No filters. No pretending. No perfect highlight reel.

Just truth.

I share my story because if even one woman reads it and thinks “I’m not alone in this” then it’s worth it.

My work isn’t about fixing people. It’s about walking beside them while they reconnect with themselves. While they learn how to regulate their bodies again. While they find their strength after everything they’ve been through.

I’m still on my own healing journey. I’m still navigating trauma, learning my body, and building a life that feels aligned.

But that’s the thing about becoming her.

You don’t wake up one day healed and complete.

You become her slowly.
Through the hard days.
Through the breakthroughs.
Through choosing yourself again and again.

I’m not here to be perfect.

I’m here to be real.

And if my story helps someone else move from surviving to thriving, then every part of this journey has meant something.
