Creating some Kind of Normality.

Right now, my life is in boxes.

Nothing feels settled. Nothing feels familiar. Every corner of my world feels temporary. And if I'm honest, that's hard for someone like me. I thrive on routine, structure, familiar spaces, and knowing where I belong.

So for the next few weeks, I'm focusing less on having everything figured out and more on rebuilding the small things that keep me grounded.

✨ Getting back to pole classes.
✨ Cooking healthy dinners instead of living on convenience food.
✨ Spending time on my infrared mat.
✨ Showing up for my Wednesday coaching.
✨ Keeping the routines and rituals that help me feel like me.

Not because everything is okay.
Not because life suddenly got easier.
But because when life feels chaotic, these little things become anchors.

I've learned that healing isn't always about huge breakthroughs. Sometimes it's making dinner when you'd rather order takeaways. Sometimes it's showing up to a class when you feel exhausted. Sometimes it's choosing one healthy habit over giving up completely.

Life might be in boxes right now, but I don't have to be.

So while everything around me is changing, I'm focusing on the things that help me stay connected to myself.

One routine.
One ritual.
One day at a time. ❤️

Reminder: You don't need your whole life sorted to start feeling grounded again. Start with one thing that makes you feel like yourself and build from there
