Healing requires Lifestyle change

Healing and recovering after a long time dealing with trauma, I realized that my lifestyle and the way I approach things needed to change.

I'm no longer allowing my day to be filled with tasks that focus on the essentials and must-dos.Instead, I'm making room for activities that bring happiness and fulfillment to my life. I've realized the importance of balancing responsibilities with moments that nurture my soul. Whether it's a yoga class, spending time in nature, or simply enjoying a quiet moment with a good book, these activities help me recharge and find happiness in the everyday.

This shift in focus allows me to approach each day with a sense of purpose and gratitude. By embracing the things that matter to me, I'm able to create a life that feels richer and more meaningful. It's a journey of discovering what brings me happiness and making those moments a priority, knowing that they contribute to my overall well-being and happiness.

I find myself more present and engaged in both the boring and the fun aspects of life. This balanced approach not only enhances my personal growth but also strengthens my relationships, as I’m able to bring my best self to those I care about. I’m creating a life that’s not just about surviving, but thriving.
