I focus on holding space for others, providing a nurturing environment where people can feel secure and supported.This involves listening with empathy, offering guidance without judgment, and creating a sanctuary where people can explore their thoughts and emotions freely. My goal is to empower each person to embark on their unique journey of healing and self-discovery, knowing they are not alone.

In this safe space, I encourage open conversations and genuine connections, fostering a sense of community and belonging. Whether through one-on-one sessions or group and workshops, I strive to cultivate an atmosphere of trust and acceptance, where everyone feels valued and heard.

By integrating the healing energy of Reiki with life coaching techniques, I aim to support individuals in releasing stress and emotional blockages, promoting balance and well-being in their lives. This holistic approach nurtures the mind, body, and spirit, helping people to reconnect with their inner strength and wisdom.

Grief manifests differently for each person, and it's not uncommon to still feel the weight of it years later. Today has been particularly heavy, with emotions running high. No matter how much time has passed, I continue to grapple with the loss of my best friends—one has an anniversary today. while the other celebrates a birthday in the same all in may. There are countless things I wish I had said, numerous missed moments, and significant life events that I can no longer share with them. In these moments of deep reflection, I find myself longing for their laughter, their wisdom, and the comfort they always seemed to provide. It's like a gentle ache that never fully fades, a reminder of the profound impact they had on my life. As I navigate through this sea of emotions, I am reminded of the beautiful memories we created together—the adventures, the quiet talks, the shared dreams that still linger in my heart.

Though the tears may flow, the love that continues to bind us, I find solace in the belief that, in some way, they are still with me, guiding my steps and cheering me on from afar. I carry their spirit within me, letting it inspire me to live fully, love deeply, and cherish every precious moment.

On days like today, when the weight of loss feels particularly heavy, I allow myself to honor them by doing something they loved or something we enjoyed together. Whether it's listening to their favorite song, revisiting a cherished spot, or simply speaking their names aloud, I keep their memory alive in ways that bring comfort.

As I continue to walk this path, I hold onto the lessons they taught me and the love that remains. Knowing that they would want nothing more than for me to find peace and happiness.
