Falling Apart Coming Together

When things feel like they're falling apart, it’s important to remember that sometimes, they may actually be coming together in unexpected ways. Life can throw challenges our way that feel overwhelming, leading us to question everything we once held stable. In those moments of uncertainty, it's easy to be consumed by doubt and anxiety.

It’s often during these times of upheaval that we experience the most profound growth. Our struggles can pave the way for new opportunities and insights that we might not have noticed otherwise. It’s okay to feel lost and confused; these emotions are valid. Embrace them, for they can lead to clarity and strength.

Trust the process and believe that you are capable of navigating through life’s storms. Sometimes, what feels like the end is merely the beginning of something beautiful. Keep your heart open to the possibility that what seems like chaos may, in fact, be the universe guiding you toward your true path.

Sometimes, it’s necessary to step away from the ordinary and shake off the routines; occasionally, you just need to let things be. Normally, my Thursdays are reserved for therapy, but after my mirimiri appointment was canceled, I spent the morning with my grandson instead. I've not been feeling my best this week, having had a tooth pulled at the beginning, a rough night, and dealing with the migraine that hit around 7 this morning i thought fuck it” and head to the park. There’s nothing quite like fresh air! being in the moment with a coffee, finding starfish, and even came across a flounder just chilling on the step.
