Taking a moment to appreciate

One of the many things I do in my daily, is to take a moment to appreciate moments like this, to be grateful I get to have these moments.

Not every day us a good and some days I'm looking at four walls, battling my health then the ole mental health demons kick in, I use to take these moments for granted, I never appreciated these moments for so many reasons

it's these moments that help with the healing, it's these moments I allow my systems to relax, it's these moments I'm rewiring my brain, it's these moments I learn yo be in present it's these moments I use as motivation on those rough days, it's these moments I connect with my breath and reconnct with .myself
