Behind The Scenes Something Is Changing.

For the last five years, I’ve been writing, blogging, reflecting, learning, healing, sharing, educating and creating.

And my website has been part of that journey since 2021, when I revamped in 2024 and started building something that felt more like me.

But if I’m being completely honest…

It’s been absolute chaos. 😂

There are reflections everywhere.
Stories everywhere.
Education. Awareness. Personal experiences. Healing tools. Hard truths. Random thoughts. Different blog series. Different ideas.

It made sense when I was creating it at the time.

But now?

I’m in a completely different place.

So I’m going back through it all.

Not deleting the journey.
Not pretending those earlier versions of me didn’t exist.
But reworking it so the pieces actually connect.

The blog has a new name Welcome to Scars, Stories & Reflections.

Reflections

Instead of jumping between multiple separate entries in the series, I’m creating one continuous Read Each reflection will have its place.

The blog series has a new name: The Unseen Series

Instead of jumping between multiple separate entries in the series, I’m creating one continuous Read.

A place where the stories flow.

Where personal experiences sit alongside education and awareness.

Where the things we don’t always see from the outside can finally be talked about.

The trauma.
The chronic illness.
The nervous system.
The identity shifts.
The grief.
The rebuilding.
The messy middle.
The healing.
The becoming.

And eventually, this is becoming something much bigger than a blog.

A virtual healing hub.

A place to come when you need a story that makes you feel less alone.

A reflection that makes you stop and think.

Education that helps you understand what the fuck is actually happening beneath the surface.

Tools you can take into your own healing.

And honest stories from someone who is still living, learning and healing in real time.

It won't be perfect.

Because healing isn't.

But it will make more sense.

Less chaos. More connection.
Less scattered. More intentional.
Less “here's another blog.”
More “come walk this part of the journey with me.”

The old content isn't being erased.

It's being given a new home.

Because every scar, every story and every reflection has played a part in getting here.
