Rewind 2021

Sometimes I sit back and think wow.

I started blogging in 2021 with nothing more than a website, a story, and a hope a hope to raise awareness, educate, and let even one person out there feel less alone.

Fast forward to 2026, and I’m honestly in awe of the journey.

✨ A small glimpse of my story has been published in a book internationally

✨ I’ve created a women’s life coaching program

✨ I designed a simple blueprint for healing something I once needed myself

✨ I started a women’s support group and watched a community grow

✨ I completed Reiki Level 1 & 2 and now get to support others in their healing

What started as pain shared has become purpose lived.

I love taking a moment now and then to look around the world and see where this healing journey has reached. Lately there’s been a big wave of readers from China which blows my mind in the best way. Healing truly has no borders.
