Guided Meditation — A Journey of Healing

Take a deep breath in… and gently exhale.

Allow your body to soften into the space around you.

Feel the ground beneath you supporting your weight, holding you steady.

Now, bring your awareness to your heart.

Imagine it as a gentle light, glowing softly.

This is where your journey of healing begins.

Healing is not a straight road, nor a place you arrive at fully restored.

It is a winding path sometimes gentle and sunlit, other times steep and shadowed.

Allow yourself to accept that both light and shadow are part of the path.

Each step you take asks something of you: patience, courage, forgiveness, tenderness.

There may be days when you stumble, and days when you rise lighter, freer, more whole.

Both are part of your healing. Breathe that truth in.

Now, picture yourself walking along this path.

Notice the quiet rituals that support you deep breathing, time in nature, honoring your body’s needs.

And also notice the fierce acts the boundaries you set, the truths you speak, the weight you release.

As you walk, feel yourself shedding layers: pain, grief, old stories that were never yours to carry.

See them falling away, dissolving into the earth.

With each release, your light shines a little brighter.

Your scars are not signs of weakness.

They are the ink of your survival, etched with resilience.

They remind you of how far you have come.

This path is not about returning to who you once were.

It is about becoming someone stronger, softer, wiser

someone aligned with your truest self.

Take a breath here. Place your hand over your heart.

Whisper gently to yourself: I am remembering who I am.

And know this truth every step you take is proof that you are already on your way.

Take one last deep breath in…

And exhale, carrying this sense of healing with you as you return to the present moment.

When you are ready, slowly open your eyes
