I won’t sugarcoat it; it took me many years to take accountability for my past. I often approached my healing only halfway, carrying my trauma like a heavy burden. Although I faced some truly awful experiences that eventually opened my eyes to the bigger picture, the chaos, the tantrums, and the difficult moments were all worthwhile in leading me to where I am today. I’m still healing, still navigating through my trauma, and continuing to find my way forward—there's nothing I would change.
